Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a ‘Failure to attend’ fee of 50EUR which must be settled prior to a new appointment being arranged.
